The Cheese Knife utilizes several different carriers for parcel deliveries including the US Postal Service. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days from receipt and are shipped on the first available business day thereafter.

​UPS and USPS are our carriers of preference:

​

• Shipping charges will be calculated at time of checkout

• Free Shipping on orders of $1,500 or more

​

It is important that your order is processed promptly

​

• Orders sent to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses will be sent via US Postal Service

• Delivery times for international orders may take additional transit time

• These orders are usually shipped via USPS Express Mail. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

We want you to be thoroughly delighted with everything you purchase from us.  If for any reason you find you need to return any item(s), please feel free to do so.  It may be returned for a full refund - less shipping fees - if returned within 30 days in resalable condition.    To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Damaged Items (30-Day Return Policy):

If you receive items that are damaged or non-functional, please notify us immediately so we can send you a prepaid shipping label for return and replace your order.   Please contact us with the order number, purchase date, and which items are damaged by clicking here - or email us at: info@thecheeseknife.com
